I used this company to unclog a drain line that was severely stopped up. They had to auger from both the inside of the building and the outside of the building. It took a while to work through the clog and flush the line clean but they stayed with it and were very careful not to cause an unreasonable mess. I would most certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a plumbers service.

All my plumbing was backing up onto my basement floor and so I was having to wet-vac everything from food to feces every 2-3 weeks. I had another guy come out, who didn’t even bring a cam and quoted me at 12,000 to replace the whole line. I was obviously in sticker shock and felt disrespected as he didn’t even try to cam my line to get to the root of the problem. I called my cousin who’s a plumber and he referred me to ASAP and Tony showed up with a camera and walked me thru the exact issue and a solution to the problem. His quote, 5,000 to repair the line and install clean outs for easier access if the line ever backed up again. He had a crew out the following day in a rain storm and the dig manager Rob showed me the section of pipe that had broken. They were in and out in a day and my plumbing was back up to operational. It’s been 2 years now and no back ups at all. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing main line sewer repair.

The single worst experience working with a plumbing company. The 20 something “plumber “ that arrived looked at the manifold directing reclaimed water to the sprinkler system; said he knew nothing about it then charged me $100.00. To add insult to injury the “plumber” criticized my water heater as being too old and needing replaced RIGHT after charging me $100.00 for doing nothing. Just silly.
