Let me start by saying on the first question I would mark all 5 answers. 2nd question: Do I use this business? I do now!!Matt was the young man that came to the house and was awesome! Very polite and professional and yep he was on time. He didn’t do anything without explaining what he was doing. He had to snake the clean out and tree roots were my problem. I called this morning with a broken garbage disposal and by this afternoon, they had installed a new one at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
