I came home to water running from our front yard into and down the street. After turning off the water at the meter, I called Acts of Service Plumbing. They accurately diagnosed the problem as a leak in an abandoned sprinkler system. They arrived on time, did the repairs quickly, and got our water back on. They were referred to us by a friend, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing a fast, fair plumbing service.

Ready Services is an ok mechanical company, I am a supporter of this company because the owners are black and because of good people like Anthony that is all. Scotty doesn't understand buisness or respect and their is alot of mistakes made in the office.

Jess was a lifesaver after the Fathers Day storm. After experiencing extreme damage to my home from a fallen tree I had a gas leak. Jess found the leak and took proper steps with the city to get my gas turned on. An inept representative came from ONG to turn the gas back on. Unable to light the water heater ONG advised me to call a plumber. Jess came back and lit the water water and aced the day. Highly recommend him.

They never got back to me. Bad customer service

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
