Their service vehicle almost hit me on the highway, they were going 100 mph, cut me off, and brake checked me as I was passing another vehicle. Then proceeded to do the same thing to a truck right in front of me.

Jason was the one that replaced and fixed a part on my hot water tank. He made sure it worked and made sure I knew how to relight. He did have to come by couple days after to relight. He thinks their may have been air in the line. Have had no issues since .Thank you Jason Ruby. I will most certainly be recommending the company to my friends and family

Save yourself the frustration and call someone else.

They no-showed, and didn’t even reach out. After 30 minutes past time they said they’d arrive I called for an update to be rescheduled. That happened 3 times. They didn’t reach out to at least give me a head’s up, and even copped an attitude on the phone when I asked for a real time that they would actually arrive.

Then the tech was rude to my girlfriend, as I was out of town the day they finally got around to doing the work. He then called me and said he’d be back to finish a fan cleaning. Of course he never showed.
Glad to be done with this company. Complete lack of professionalism and class.

That had been vacant for a while….turns out there was a nasty pile up of grease in the kitchen drain line. Found Maston’s Plumbing online with wonderful reviews and excellent owner response when the review was not perfect. I like that as it shows a concerned owner. They answered the phone at 6:30 am! They exceeded our expectations with quality service. The owner even came out to help
When the problem turned out to be bigger than just a 25 foot standard clean out. Would highly recommend them for quality work and integrity at a reasonable price for their expertise.

Eric and Patrick came out to diagnose a leak in our shower. They did a great job and helped to determine the root cause of the leak. If this goes any further as far as needing shower pan replaced they will be who I call back l!!

24hr service is a must I think for a service company. Plumbing issues don't adhere to a schedule :( thank goodness for this company they answered and promptly got on task. Thank you Thank you!!!

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
