Can I start by saying 5 stars aren’t enough and can someone please get Rich a cape!!! Words can’t even begin to express my thankfulness for Rich and ALD! For weeks and weeks and weeks he’s been working so hard for us! What we thought was a small problem turned into a full re-pipe and a super scary situation for this first time home buyer! He’s been with us every step of the way, explaining and caring and even dealing with insurance (which has been a mess, but he's helped sort it all out)!
He knows what he is doing and he does it with excellence! Everyone we know is amazed at his tunneling work and amazed that he actually gets down in the mess and gets things done!
We spent 12 weeks in a hotel with 3 kids and he worked extra extra long hours for us to be able to finally go home on Thanksgiving which was the biggest holiday blessing! To say Rich is a God send is no exaggeration! This situation is BIG and scary and there have been many tears and fears but God sent us the best and Rich is truly an answer to our prayers and so many praying for us!!!! Someone please get this man a raise with that cape because he is the exact person you want representing your company! ALD will always hold a special place in my heart and I will forever refer everyone I know to ALD and that's because of Rich and the quality work he does and the caring way he relates to people like us.
