I requested service through American home shield because my water heater wasn’t working. I got a call from tony a day later he scheduled an appointment for a few days later. Gary came out fixed the problem out hot water was working again but unfortunately the sea lent on some threads wasn’t good so a small gas leak a few hours late gary came by to fix at 7pm. I appreciate these guys hard work. Everything from the service manger to to the technician overall easy and great experience

I highly recommend JD Plumbing. They came on time which was very professional and rare, I am now learning with being a new home owner. They came out to replace our water heater. Their work was neat, quick and professional. They also provided me with options of different types of water heaters and gave me tips on how to extend the life of our new water heater. My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
