Rushed out to my place in the dead of winter, the day before Christmas Eve, to fix a frozen pipe that blew and was spraying water everywhere! They figured out and fixed the problem very quickly, they were very nice, and they explained exactly what the issue was and how they fixed it! Great service, super friendly, will definitely call them in the future.

One Way Plumbing has been one of my mainstay subs that I know I can count on to be there when I need them. Would recommend highly to anyone.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
