Being a director for a local financial firm's customer service area, I know how important it is to clients to treat them honestly and fairly. It means being sure all the details are covered and then promptly and professionally working with the client to make sure they can be satisfied or help them to at least understand why something maybe didn't work the way they thought/wanted , so they dont walk away even more frustrated than they already may be.
The service tech,Darien, that serviced my AC today was the epitome of a person I would want for my team. He arrived early in the time-window provided, told me everything he was going to do and invited me to witness it all. He did it all and he was THOROUGH. He was well-spoken and encouraged me to ask questions.
I am tempted to try to recruit this guy!

I've always called ARICO for all my plumbing needs but last week I had heating issues so I called ARICO. A very nice friendly person answered and set my appointment in just one hour. Tim arrived on time and diagnosed my heating issue quickly then repair it with in an hour and for a few cents less than his estimate. Tim also gave me great helpful tips on using my heat pump for more efficient use then showed me how to set my vents for heating efficiency. I was very happy and will call ARICO for all my home plumbing and heating/cooling issues. Thank you ARICO!
