I had a leaking cold water valve to my washing machine and called this company. They were professional and courteous and the plumbers showed up later that day. They glanced at the water valves and said the whole system needed to be replaced (both hot and cold) and quoted me $553. I had priced valves at home depot and they run about $50 so I couldn't figure out the $500 difference. They said theirs were commercial grade but I still couldn't justify the difference. I refused the service and they wanted to charge me $89 for coming out. I had specifically asked the charges when I booked the appointment and was not told about this fee, so I complained and they waved it. I then googled how to fix a leaking valve and it turns out all I needed to do was tighten the stem valve. Fixed! No cost. The plumbers who arrived didn't really assess the problem, just plugged in leaking water valves into their iPad and came up with the ridiculous price. If you refuse, you're out $89. Beware of this company!
