This is our 2nd experience with Intelligent Design (they performed an emergency A/C repair for us in July) and they are great! Elmo came today, right on time, to install a Whole Home Electromagnetic Air Purification/Carbon Air Sterilizer System. He is a very professional, well mannered young man (we knew he was a good guy, because even the dog liked him.When he cam last week to provide a quote for the system, he thoroughly explained how it worked and the benefits. After he completed the installation today, he took the time to explain what he had done, including pictures of the components installed in the attic, and show me the simple maintenance needed to make sure the system functions at peak efficiency.Can't wait for them to come next week to clean our ductwork. All in all - I highly recommend Intelligent Design
