Recently I urgently needed the services of a plumber to replace the kitchen faucet, so I decided to hire Anthony after doing my research, and reading the awesome reviews he had received from previous clients.
From the first time we spoke to the completion of the project the next day, I am very satisfied with Anthony’s professional skills as a plumber and as an established business owner. He was very courteous, informative, punctual and organized. Initially, he assessed what the best replacement would be, and asked for my input before purchasing the hardware. During the installation process, he was very focused and meticulous, as he graciously explained what he was doing. When he was finished, he ensured that there weren’t any water leaks, and he demonstrated the features and functions of the new faucet before he left. He also provided a three (3) year warranty for the installation. In the future, I intend to utilize A.S. G. Plumbing Enterprises and Anthony’s services, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber for a variety of services.

I rent an older house and ever since moving in, the kitchen sink had a terrible leak and when you would turn off the water it would spray out of the bottom of the handle. I contacted them and they quickly returned my call after leaving a voicemail and someone came the next day. Zach was very friendly and worked in a timely manner, even with leaving to go get parts that we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Do not waste your time calling this company. They are plumbers who don’t want your business unless you let them scam you. Our NuvoH2O softener sprung a leak so the manufacturer sent us a new unit under warranty that we needed to have installed. Despite listing on their website that they are a platinum certified installer for NuvoH2O they know nothing about the systems or how they should be installed. They will get rude and defensive with you when you ask for a written quote. Despite sending pictures at their request ahead of time and receiving a written commitment (but not a quote because they refuse to do such things) to perform the work at an agreed upon price, they still proceeded upon arrival to immediately claim that half of the standard install was not accounted for and we needed to be up charged hundreds more. They also showed up over two hours outside of the agreed upon appointment window, interrupting a business meeting. When I insisted that they honor the agreed upon price I was very disrespectfully and unprofessionally informed that the service ticket was cancelled and that I would have to find another plumber to do the work.
