Adam was sent out on an emergency call, so missed our scheduled time, but we were notified in plenty of time, by both the office, and later contacted by Adam.
When Adam finished the emergency call he contacted us, and said he was 30 minutes out. He arrived, went right to work, and had our water heater up and running in less than one hour (we were having the anode rod replaced).

Made a call for routine maintenance on our system. Richard E. Bogart was extremely informative and attentive. He shared with us what is needed to repair and presented some options. He was very quick and, again, informative.Also, Rene Zayas-Rojo came in for our first ever duct cleaning. It was the most pleasant experience and also very eye opening, with regards to how quickly debris, trash, and dirt/dust can accumulate in the ducts. He was very fun to have around, and I would also recommend him.
