Had a very bad experience with the company today, I would not recommend this company. Did not provide an accurate quote, and customer service from the office is very poor. Stated they would call me back with a resolution, never returned the call. Very Unprofessional.

The ONE dreaded home repair call I dislike is plumbing. So very few plumbing business in Tucson care about fixing your problem; the very first statement from a plumbing receptionist to you is: “There is a (fill in the amount) service fee to inspect your problem.” In some cases if the repair is beyond the first hour, you are hit with additional fees which do not include the cost of materials.
Not Code Blue! They greet you warmly and ask YOU, “What is the issue that you are having?” The technician listens carefully to your answer and tells you right away if someone can come right then or later in the day. The technician, or assigned plumber, calls you when they are en route to your home.
My home is 21 years old and several plumbing issues have arisen in the last three years. Each one one was assessed, repaired, replaced, or newly installed. No rush on any job, no unnecessary wasted time on the completed work, and in my most recent repair call, no charge as it turned out to be a simple fix! I couldn’t believe it! Any other plumbing business would have charged an inspection / assessment fee just to come to your home!
I was lucky to have been given the recommendation for Code Blue. I am now passing on this recommendation to the readers.
