Best A/C System Repair in Tucson AZ

Had an emergency with an AC failure. Conrad showed up when he said he was, diagnosed the problem fixed it, and gave me recommendations for future. AC died on a Saturday night, was fixed on Saturday night, grateful!

We are new to Tucson and needed to have our Aquasana house and drinking water filtration system set up. Upon one recommendation I called Anthony and easily set up an appointment for installation. He arrived promptly at the appointed time and went to work. Because he has many years of plumbing experience and has done hundreds of Aquasana installations, Anthony was able to efficiently solder together a complex piping assembly for the filtration system. He also installed a rather complicated reverse osmosis filtration for our drinking water. Throughout the work Anthony was extremely meticulous and ensured there were no leaks left unresolved. He takes pride in his work and knows what he is doing. By finding Anthony we lucked out. He was the perfect guy for the job. We will keep in touch with him for any further plumbing needs.

Matt showed great knowledge of the task at hand and was very informational. They are great people, provided excellent service and honestly great prices. I will definitely be recommending them to others.

My dad purchased A.C. unit in Rio Rico he called many many times to have it serviced and no one could ever give him an appointment their customer service is the worse.

Overall good experience. It took some time to work through the issue, but was ultimately resolved in a professional manner. They have been my plumbing company for over 10 years. Will continue to be the one I go to in the future.

Owner's response to China Phoenix's comment below was not honest.

1. Our company always requires a signature with the set amount of the job price before the job is started
----- That didn't happen -- no set amount of the estimate was given. Please see attached proof.

2. I understand your wife was at the job site and was given the written estimate and ....... The price charged for the job was the same amount on the written estimate.

----- Lie. No amount was provided in the written estimate. Please see attached proof. My wife shouldn't have signed without $ amount being provided . That's a lesson learned.

---- Before I post this I did call back twice on Aug 9 and Aug 14 asking to talk to the owner to respond. Secretary said she would pass the number and message. But no one called me back.
