Anthony took care of two repairs: one to replace a faulty dish faucet, and another to repair a leaking connection on a water heater. On the first job, he not only installed a new faucet but upgraded the fittings and pipe. On the second job, he installed new piping and fittings to bring things up to code and removed unneeded connections for a defunct solar heater. Both jobs were done professionally and timely, on target with his estimate, work done was guaranteed for 3 years, and he was easy to work with. He will be the first call on any future plumbing needs, and we have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

We had someone come out to fix our unit on a Thursday, even though we were told they were coming Wednesday, and they said they needed to order a part that we need and they would come and fix it on the following Tuesday once the part comes. We wait and Tuesday comes and they delay us until Wednesday because they “lost the part.” We kept getting push back with no ac in our house forcing us to stay at a hotel while my grandma is in town visiting. Wednesday comes and we get no response making US reach out to get informed about what is happening. They tell us they are working on reordering the part but it won’t come until the next week because of the holiday weekend. I understand them losing the part is not completely on them but they were not very helpful other than that. They were going to let us sit in that house with no AC for an extra week because of THEIR screw up. The absolute LEAST they could do for us was get us a hotel for the weekend until they get OUR part that THEY lost. In the mean time my step dad was able to simply fix the ac unit himself instead of paying $1500 for poor services.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I scheduled an installation with Whitton because they originally installed the plumbing and it was coordinated with the builder. The scheduling finally happened after much hassle just getting a response back. Then the tech showed up with a handful of excuses asking to not do the job or reschedule (it’s too hot, it will take all day, etc - ummm yea, it’s a water softener install...). Then he and another individual spent an hour identifying all the reasons they couldn’t do the work so that they could leave and go to other jobs that didn’t require them to be in an attic. This was followed by a call from one of the job coordinators telling me how busy they are doing builder warranty work. Bottom line is Whitton doesn’t want my business or your business. They don’t want the work. Don’t bother calling them. Very shady group of individuals.
