Bait and switch.. Was quoted $240 per year maintenance, 2 year minimum, $480 total on the phone by Casey. Told Casey I was ready to sign up for the 2 year service contract. Asked for email confirmation but was told the service tech would give it to me when at the house. Wanted them to service 2 units and give me an estimate to repair the 3rd. Arutro came out and proceeded to do the maintenance on the 2 units. The first one he spent about 25 minutes on, the 2nd unit about 5 minutes on. Arutro then presented me with a invoice for over $1,000 for the service. I ended up paying him $228 ($114 each normal service call). To make matters worse, Arutro asked if I wanted the air filters changed. Told him yes and set the new ones out. He then told me he replaced them, which was not true (I have date / timed stamped pictures showing the dirty ones vs. clean that I changed out).Cute commercials but deceitful work and billing practice.Second post.Just got a 'no-reply response about an hour ago saying they could not find me in their system. Funny, I have 13 emails from them and an invoice I paid with a credit card. Evident they do not want to reply in writing because I'm supposed to call them....

Pavers were being installed in my back yard. I called AirZona heating and cooling for a Ac removal, disconnect / reconnect. I was amazed on the workmanship of the technicians on how clean and very professional their work turned out. I’m still amazed as I’m writing this review. My AC was installed two years ago from a different company. I’m proud to say AirZona heating and cooling can work circles around the last AC company I hired. I highly recommend AirZona heating and cooling to the public, family and friends as I will use them from now on. Thank you AirZona heating and cooling.

My dad purchased A.C. unit in Rio Rico he called many many times to have it serviced and no one could ever give him an appointment their customer service is the worse.
