Team who came out told us they were the most expensive because they were the best. Also was told they were the only ones in the area doing the specific service. They then diagnosed our problem and Gave us a recommendation to fix it. They were not able to fix it but we still paid thousands of dollars because their recommendation did not work. Came to find out that there were other companies providing the exact same services in the specialized repair who came to fix our problem at a better rate.

The estimator was very professional and explained things in detail.
Even with senior discount and $1000 promotion they were still by far the most expensive. Apples to apples they were $4000 higher than my best est and $2500 above the other even with the discounts.
