I hired these guys through lowes for a faucet installation and they never showed up. the store was unable to reach them and neither could I. They never responded, called back or provided any sort of explanation for the no show. I'll never use them or lowes for plumbing needs again.

Fred's a great guy and does a great job,he was in and out in 15 minutes and went all the way out to the street when cleaning the sewer.I'll be using him from now on.

When I had them set to come out and give a quote, we discussed that no one was living there and it would have to be my father in law (home owner) that would be there. So she advised, she would mark the order as to not do the call ahead and just come to appt as I would be at work. However, this is not what happened. The guy called and left a message, I was unable to answer and as soon as I could get free to return call, I had to leave him a msg. When he called back, he advised since he couldn't get a hold of me he moved on to next job across town. So my father in law drove across town for NOTHING!! I will not be doing business with them!!!

First, I had the gas line that needed to be installed. He’s so quickies in and out no wonder it’s not right… The gas company was here they red flagged, my gas line and stove. He will not repaired or fix it. He said he did not do the job I sent him over both checks canceled. He cashed them one for 375 for the gas line and one for 350 for changing out to on off valves . I know I got ripped off but I needed it done. And now that gas line is gonna cost me over 300 again because I have to be taken out replaced properly and put in. I’m going to file with the Better Business Bureau and I’m going to file with a small claims for my $375 back.
