Best Water Filtration Systems in Tempe AZ

Our water softener blew, so I called ASAP. They came out that day (Wed) and determined we needed a new water softener. Tech said someone would call me the next day to set up installation date. No one called, so I called them. They said Monday would be 1st available date. So much for ASAP! They did call Monday to reschedule to Tuesday since water softener didn't come in. That's the last I heard from them. No show, no calls. They just disappeared. So, today (Wed) I had Parker and Sons come out, give an estimate and replace it the same day. Easy peasy. I also decided to replace the water heater instead of waiting.ASAP???? Definitely NOT!!

Straightforward and knowledgeable plumbing company. I had an unexpected sewer line issue for which I first called another plumbing company, who gave me a predatory quote for repair. API came out same day and gave me a much more reasonable quote and made the repair right away. The plumbers on site were knowledgeable, friendly and competent. They made the repair and left a clean work area. I had a receipt for payment in my inbox before they left. Thanks guys!
