It started out okay but went downhill. Tech came and cut three holes that I asked for to try and locate the leak in the wall behind the washer and dryer. Over an hour later and the tech's manager showing up to give advice and help, leak was not found. Was told I'd have to call a leak detection company to pinpoint the leak. $150, please for time spent on this now.Called leak detection company recommended and this guy put in his headphones and used a handheld detector to listen for leak. He quickly said it was the sleeve surrounding the cold water pipe at the slab. A picture was taken of the drywall cutout showing the pipes with a blue tape arrow pointing downward and sent to the Rotor-Rooter field supervisor. The supervisor called me right after to quote me a price of $3,700 for a repair. I asked him how does he make a quite like that without knowing fir certain the slab will need busting up? I don't remember what he said. I told him I would think on this.Meanwhile I call my brother and he was livid hearing the quote I was given. He gave me the number of a couple of buddies that did plumbing work for him and said to call them. I called and the two buddies showed up around 6:30 PM. The one guy laid down and peered into the hole and within a minute spotted a cracked 45 degree coupling. Only using his eyeballs mind you. Fifteen minutes later the bad coupling was cut out and replaced good as new or better. I say better because he showed me where whoever did this pipe work used an ol yellowed coupler that was bought from Lowes and was probably installed with the Crack as he noted where it looked like excess glue was tried to seal the Crack.Less than a half hour's work and I was only charged $150. You don't find many of these guys around anymore.Big companies can get away with outrageous fees I suspect because they think you will make a claim on your insurance. I don't know for sure. I feel sorry for elderly and single moms that have no other recourse. Not to mention a deductible will not help either.

I had used this company in the past but will not going forward. They don’t respect your time and when they cancel for the day they don’t offer anything more than the discount they offer any any service.
