I was behind one of their trucks going down Linebaugh Ave at about 2:30 / (06/01/2018)-he was doing 15MPH in a 30MPH zone backing up traffic behind him and then stops at a green light at Florida Ave. and just sits there while it later turns yellow and then red- the whole time i could see in his side view mirror he was texting and ignoring me beeping my horn. they are a menace on the road.
