Everyone we came into contact with, from the office to the sevice technicians was awesome. Our issue was difficult and had many challenges to overcome. No matter what, Ron and Mike rose to the challenge and the finish product is superb. Cannot say enough good things about this company and the top tier personnel.

My first time being serviced by Titan Plumbing and Electric and I am by far satisfied. My technician today was Joey Coppage. He very willing to wear a mask before entering my home. He solved a problem that has been a challenge for other plumbers in the past. He was very professional and detailed about his work. He took time to explain the issues and other ways to help prevent what’s happening. He also provided a solution to a bigger problem that I was previously told was impossible. He is very knowledgeable on the work he does. Communicated very well and a friendly tech. I highly recommend Joey and this company.

We've worked with Bob for a variety of projects in a condo and now a house - water heater replacement, fixing some plumbing issues in a shared bathroom wall, and recently the addition of a new bath.

Bob is punctual and reasonably priced, and has done a really nice job on the various projects. I've appreciated that he's more than happy to walk through what or why he's doing something, or talk through possible options - as someone who considers himself a bit handy but not a plumbing expert, it's nice to learn a bit about the work being done.
