The home work for finding the right construction company for your home repairs has been done for you. I have trust issues and this group has won my trust. Colin listened to my hesitation, concerns, and expectation and his crew delivered. My ceiling was ugly. Everytime I looked at it- it turn my stomach. Now it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The job TJ and Bobby did was very professional. The crown molding is perfect and really enhance the new ceiling. The new flooring they installed- looks perfect!

Sadly, Modern Plumbing stood us up 2 days in a row, citing emergencies promising to come the next day, then the NEXT day. Well, what was not an emergency on Thursday WAS an emergency by Sunday. In the end Tim the plumber DID come out @ 3PM on Sunday and resolved our issue w/i 1 hour.I can highly recommend Tim, super nice and efficient, not sure what to say about Modern Plumbing though.
