Had a plumbing emergency. Very clearly explained to their dispatch what the issue was. We had water flooding from our upstairs shower down into our kitchen and we needed someone to come shut off our water as quickly as possible. The tech they sent, Ben, had a horrible attitude as soon as he walked in the door. Then he told us he didn't have the equipment to help us, not even a wrench to shut off our water line?? He claimed not to have the tools to work on it so he called dispatch, said they would send someone out and left. I got no call from their dispatch with an ETA for another tech. I called around to other companies and finally got a tech from pink plumber that is on their way. Thanks for literally NOTHING, Roto Rooter.
