Tony was responsive and solution oriented. I had an annoying situation with two Moen bathroom faucets where Moen sent me replacement cartridges that were not the right parts. Tony uninstalled the existing faucets, patiently re-greased, re-installed, and repaired them, as well as giving me guidance on how I needed to interact with Moen in the event these faucet parts falter again. I highly recommend Tony, and will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

When Richard, the technician came he was very professional. I explained how I had a leak behind the spicket outside the house. It appeared that I broke the pipe internally when I tried to take the hose off the spicket. I had to shut the water off the entire house to stop the leak. He evaluated the situation and was able to replace the spicket along with a female extension. We were very happy that he came within the time frame Cool Today had given us.

Mr. Nathan W. Arrived at My residence with the mentally to make things right by fixing the issue. He tried several things and corrected as much as he could. The final step he noticed that the gas smell was coming from the defaulted Valve Box. Nathan went the extra step to call the warranty number and was able to make sure we received a new Valve Box in a timely manner with no cost to the customer. Nathan was very professional and friendly. Nathan is a true representation of what Awesome Customer Service should be.
