Daniel installed a water softener and installed a thermostat and heating element on my water heater. He also replaced a faulty water shut off valve. He did an awesome job and was very knowledgeable and he was professional and polite. He also answered all the questions I had. Called last night First American Home Warranty insurance last night around 8am due to the pressure value leaking and was assigned Modern Plumbing who expeditiously contacted me Sunday morning around 9:45am and was at house at 10am and resolved the problem in 15 minutes.
