Best Sewer Repair in Tampa FL

Called this company for an estimate to clear a kitchen sink and was given a different service call fee for a tenant occupied townhome versus an owner occupied townhome. Owner occupied townhome is charged $49 for service fee PLUS a charge for work to be done while a tenant occupied townhome would incur a $59 service fee PLUS a charge for work to be done. Not interested! In addition, the phone person for Chuck's Plumbing needs professional customer service training. I selected another local plumbing company to assist me.

Responsive, professional, and excellent work with competitive rates

Avoid this company at all cost. Bad people bad company. A trusted agent of mine introduced them to me so I didn't do my due diligence because of his past good experience (now I doubt it). There were two guys in different times came in to my house to fix dripping water problem from T&P valve on the water heater (due to water pressure issue). Why two guys? because the first guy didn't solve the problem(he didn't even test water pressure upon arrival. No, he is not a rookie). How much did they charge me at the end? I give you a hint: the money you could buy half of a new water heater. After a couple of weeks dispute between Kidd and us (mainly my agent), they mearly discounted 10% or so off the original charges. Kidd Plumbing shouldn't exist because they don't have any sense of customer service and satisfaction. They are just bunch of cheats. I would tell this terrible story/exprience to everybody around me AND on every possible social review board. That's my mission. Again, STAY AWAY from Kidd Plumbing, terrible terrible company.

We were in the process of selling a home and needed to not only have a drain cleaned but provide video confirmation to the new buyers. Bigos Plumbing got back to us very quickly and put us in the schedule for a quick turn around. Matt (owner) showed up on time and took care of business quickly and with a very fair price. This is the 3rd time we've used them (different homes) and would recommend them for all plumbing related issues. Thanks Matt and crew!

Alex is a very knowledgeable and fair business man. The work he did was expertly done, the consultation explained exactly what he was going to do and he was more than fair when he priced the job. I even appreciate that he allowed me to decide whether I’d prefer to go the more expensive route and replace everything or just replace what was necessary to get the plumbing in working order. I Highly recommend Alex and will be bringing him back to help me with another plumbing job where I’m relocating my washing machine pipes 🙏

Unpunctual, Poor Service and Money Scavengers.

- Showed up 1.5 hours earlier unannounced even though they were aware this was a duplex with tenants living in them.
- They found problems with the Drain Field and took 6 days to provide a quote (Despite the fact that they were told that this was a purchase deal and we were within a 10-day inspection period).
- Not only had we agreed to pay double for the inspection ( Because they had found two septic tanks in the property), The inspector kept insinuating that it was going to cost more money for them to explore the connectivity between the tanks (Tanks that were approximately 3 feet apart from each other). They never charged extra, but the continue innuendos about having to charge extra was bothersome. Since then we have had few companies come over to provide quotes. These companies have dig out a lot more than what Bay Plumbing did without charging a penny and provided a quote right on the spot.
- After waiting for 6 days for a quote, Bay Plumbing came back with a $7,000.00 quote, when all of the other licensed companies quoted between $3000 and $4500.

These types of company (i.e. Bay Plumbing) are the type of company that I don’t want to do any business with, even if it cost me little more money… I would rather keep my sanity.
