Had a horrible experience with this company. The tech who came out was actually really great...very nice, and knowledgable. However, once I had to work with the front desk and management to actually get the work accomplished it was TERRIBLE. no communication about the job, other than a grossly overpriced quote and an incredible condescending front desk person. If you have to use a company, I would run screaming in the other direction from this one. Cary plumbing was fantastic on the other hand.

We've worked with Bob for a variety of projects in a condo and now a house - water heater replacement, fixing some plumbing issues in a shared bathroom wall, and recently the addition of a new bath.

Bob is punctual and reasonably priced, and has done a really nice job on the various projects. I've appreciated that he's more than happy to walk through what or why he's doing something, or talk through possible options - as someone who considers himself a bit handy but not a plumbing expert, it's nice to learn a bit about the work being done.

Fantastic!!! If you are looking for someone who is professional, precise, and down to earth, look no further. I contacted him to install a new outdoor faucet. I explained in detail the dilemma and showed him the equiptment over the phone. He then told me straight to the point what it would cost for the service. I was so impressed with him and annoyed with the fact that I did not get the same response with another plumber as they wanted to upcharge just for a call. He his now on my speed dial. I highly recommend his services.

I was keep having high water bill try to find the problem by myself I called and I called several plumbing company I was getting only answering machine finally I called sparkle he seems to be like the owner picked up the phone he sent someone after hours the guy perform a leak detection found it repaired for a very reasonable price very honest people it look like is a family company where people train to do a great job I will definitely use them again if I need a plumber :)

Although ave usedthis company before they did not respond to an emergency at an elementary school. Did not dispatch plumber after multiple calls and told we were next and would be there withinin an hour. After 4 hours of no show and flooded backed up tioilets I would NOT reccommend their services for any job.
