Long story short - I called and quickly received a call back. I explained my worries and issues with my very old pipes in the house. The owner explained very carefully what they do and how they do it. Scheduling was extremely easy. Each step of the way no matter if there was an issue or not - was explained to me. The process was fairly non invasive for me and my family as they worked on the pipes throughout the house. They were neat, thorough and honestly cared about the house itself taking as many precautions as necessary in going through the pipes. YES!, I absolutely would recommend this company (Trench-less Sewer Line Repairs) ! They have patience and will answer all questions. Their responses were quick and work was smooth. It is rare to find quality and care in a company - My family and I are more than pleased!

Nous lui envoyons une photo pour mieux exprimer notre problème et nous comprenons que le déplacement coûtera $ eighteen. A son arrivée, il regarde sous l’évier, ouvre le lave-vaisselle pour noter la référence et nous annonce le prix exorbitant de $675 pour changer le tuyau. Complètement absurde sachant que ce lave-vaisselle a coûté $500, il y a 4 ans. Nous lui signalons notre étonnement et mécontentement et lui faisons savoir que nous ne sommes pas intéressés par son offre. C’est alors qu’il nous annonce $89 de déplacement ! C’est une véritable honte et arnaque, ou est le professionnalisme ? Nous avons réglé les $89 mais nous ne nous arrêterons pas là, cette société n’est pas digne d’exister.

We had two clogged lines that needed attention. One was an urgent need blocking a shower and sink. The other was an older problem for a bathroom sink that another plumber had said would require the entire line to be replaced so he hadn't tried much to clean it.
We scheduled with Chuck's Plumbing and Cleveland came out sooner than our planned appointment. (We were called to say that he had an opportunity ahead of the anticipated time.) He was courteous and efficient. We were given the cost ahead of the work being accomplished and the peace of mind was worth it.The lines were both operational in short order! The drains both work like champs! Thank you!
