We have the water heater service plan through Duke Energy and when we called about our water heater quickly running out of hot water, they had Modern Plumbing and Backflow contact us. I saw some bad reviews online and was a little concerned. Cindy called us on her way to the house, arrived on time, and couldn’t have been any more professional and thorough in the explanation of the problem she found and the repairs that were done. Our water heater is working perfectly again.

We've worked with Bob for a variety of projects in a condo and now a house - water heater replacement, fixing some plumbing issues in a shared bathroom wall, and recently the addition of a new bath.

Bob is punctual and reasonably priced, and has done a really nice job on the various projects. I've appreciated that he's more than happy to walk through what or why he's doing something, or talk through possible options - as someone who considers himself a bit handy but not a plumbing expert, it's nice to learn a bit about the work being done.

Highly recommend.

We discovered a leak on a Friday evening. I reached out to several plumbers big and small. No one was willing to come before Monday. Until I called Fuquay Plumbing, I reached him at 8pm on Friday evening, he came out at 9am Saturday. He got it taken care of and the price was more than reasonable.

Terrible service, hung up on me in my face?
Do not recomment to anyone, DEFINTENLY needs a new Marketing Team and front office ASAP!
