Michael M. came to replace our kitchen faucet. He was on-time, professional, friendly, and initially gave us a couple of options. When he returned to do the installation (after we purchased a faucet), he clearly knew what he was doing. He was thorough (he identified a potential leak under the sink), and cleaned up after the job was complete. Paperwork was done via tablet with a warranty. Great worker, great job, fair amount to pay.

Owner was amazing! He came to install a water filtration and reverse osmosis systems to our new home. He was honest, explained everything with patience and answered every question we had. We were extremely satisfied and impressed with him and his representation of the company.

I highly recommend Flow Pros. I had a large corporate company come out on 12/10 to address a slow draining tub. They said it was fixed, but it wasn’t. I called Flow Pros on Sunday 12/19. Jerad responded right away and said they would call to set up an appointment on Monday. They contacted me first thing Monday morning. John came out that afternoon to fix my slow drain. John was very informative and explained some other plumbing concerns that I will have, which I will have Flow Pros addressed next week. Flow Pros is run by good honest guys who put their customers concerns first. They won’t try to sell services that you don’t need. Richard was very pleasant he showed me what was build up in the pipe underneath the kitchen sink. He redid the piping underneath the kitchen sink. I've been in this house over 30 years, this was the first time I had any work done on the pipes. I was just glad to get it all redone the timely manner and he was very pleasant. - Plumber contacted by me and set up appointment with tenant to service leaking toilet valve. Following day completed service as scheduled, with tenant reporting professionalism and promptness with plumber paid same day for work completed.

- Tenant reports that valve set too low and float not adjustable far enough to completely flush toilet.

- Plumber contacted 2 times to fix work, first time no showed on tenant. 2nd time ghosted tenant and stopped answering phone.

- Had to facetime with tenant and instruct them on how to uninstall, adjust valve to correct height, reinstall valve, and adjust float. This would have taken a plumber like 5 minutes.
