Called e&g plumbing to get my water heater replaced. They arrived really fast, technician Alain came out, he was very polite and went step by step on how the process of replacing a water heater would be like and what parts he was going to change. He was very professional and knows what he is doing, also the price was fair, his customer service was over the top and i will definitely be calling him back for any of my plumbing needs. Had diagnostic for AC on August 30 ,the technician Edward was very nice and dependable very professional came in on time very knowledgeable related to the problem of our AC explained well to us and make a very good suggestion and recommendation surely I will recommend this J and J to my relatives and friends .

Charles is a very reliable and trustworthy worker, and his skills cover much more than the routine repairs. He has helped with a variety of issues around our house including everything we need to eventually put our house up for sale.
He offers up front quotes that are very fair, and stays true to his quote. He’s a very trustworthy, skilled and fair person.

Not satisfied with the very late arrival after I was told at first someone would be here by 4pm. The I received notice that I someone would be here between 1 and 3. Then I receive notice a technician is on his way around 4:30. The technician arrives around 5:15 and offers me a 10% discount from a min $250 charge. Not enough for the major inconvenience I endured freeing up my whole day on the belief that I could trust what I was told about the service I was going to receive.

Disappointed... I've use them before and was greatly satisfied, but not this last Friday (8.18.23) Having issues with my refrigerator, I needed the cold water supply valve under the kitchen sink replaced and a valve installed to isolate the water line to the fridge. I also needed the drain from the left bowl fixed because it leaked when used. An additional issue was in the main bath... But after looking at the bath the tech left stating he needed to check for parts and never returned to fix the kitchen.

If u need ur hot water heater fixed these r ur guyz they installed a new 1 for my aunt an ended up fixing ours up wen other companies jus told us we had 2 replace
