I called JC sewer & drain plumbing on a Monday and told the receptionist what was needed and made an appointment for the following Sunday morning. She told me that this way the technician would finish the job the same day. She said that they charge $45 for the visit but that they would remove the charge if hired. The technician came on Sunday and he told me that a permit was needed but that they would request it. I asked him if they charged to do it and he said no. He didn't do anything. He gave me a quote which included replacing a pipe and the permit. I rescheduled for 11/27 and received confirmation emails the same day. I wanted to make sure the appointment was scheduled so I called the office. The woman who answered assured me that it was scheduled for the 27th. A technician came and replaced two elbow pipes the following Tuesday without my consent. I had the gate open as some other contractors were doing some work. I was assured both times that they would call me 30 minutes in advance before the technician arrived but nobody called. I found out that they charged me via email. I contacted them and asked them to explain why they went and did what they did without me or a representative being present. Finally yvonne identified herself as the owner. I asked her to answer and she did not do it. I asked her to break down the charges and she finally said after several times that X amount was for the work and y amount for the permit. She charged $200+ just to get the permit after I specifically asked if the charged and was told no. She also said that the technician had made several trips and that it would have been $2700 to replace the pipe in question. The area was already excavated so he didn't do much. I thought at first that they had bad communication within their business but it seems that it is a con. BE CAREFUL

When it comes to water heaters, these guys are a lifesaver. They got me a next day appointment in Kennedy. And the installer came out at 7:30AM and had my new water heater completely installed by 9AM!! These guys are the best you'll ever meet as far as water heaters! I had a water heater leak on my old tank so I called Lester’s Plumbing and Rooter for a quote, they told me that the estimate was Free. I couldn’t pass up on the affordable price. They convinced me that a tankless water heater is the way to go and that it’s instant hot water also that it’s an investment if I ever want to sell my house. With the experience they had they were able to install a new tankless water heater for me in no time. Hefner and Alex were very friendly and professional. They even took the old water heater free of charge. Thanks to Lester’s I won’t have to worry about my water heater any time soon.

Had an odd smell coming from under the house. Called Accuflow Plumbing and they had a plumber out the very next day. He found that I had a cracked sewer line. Cut out the old line and had it repaired inside of 20 minutes.

Plumber was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Of course I could have done it myself, except it would have taken all day, 4 trips to the hardware store and cost about twice as much when all was said and done.

Plumber was on time, answer all my questions, and did a great job. Quality was perfect, but the price was way to high for the service I needed.
