I called this company on a Friday and asked specifically if they have leak detection equipment. I asked 2x and expressed my need for that. They assured me they have the equipment. They showed up at my clients property without the equipment and said to use another company that has that equipment for more precise locating techniques. Call someone else if this is what you want.

Awesome service, true to the name. Very courteous, worked diligently to find the problem and repair the cracked pipe. We are very satisfied.

I was very impressed from the beginning. My old water heater went out and happened to call Simpson Plumbing. They explained everything to me. They gave me the pros and cons to going to a tank-less water heater. I decided to go with that and i'm happy I did. Payed a little more up front but the benefits are far more significant. Simpson's team showed up on time and did an excellent job! They were professional and installed the new water heater in a timely matter. They also moved their schedules or appointments around to accommodate the need to have hot water in our house. I couldn't be more pleased with this company and their personal that came to my house! I highly recommend them to anyone needing a great plumber!

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
