I believe I was overcharged for the work that was done, and was told more work needed to be done for a high price. Got a second opinion and found that the “problem” didn’t need to be fixed at all, it was something entirely different and much cheaper ! Would have paid several thousands and not have had the actual problem fixed. Please, get a second opinion first!

Oliver and Luis were very responsive during Super Bowl weekend, when we discovered a water heater tank leak. They were able to give us a next day appointment, and arrived right on time. They were super respectful and helped us understand what the problems were and laid out the various options we had.
