My time was not wasted waiting while the expediently diagnosed the problem that I have had for 5 days, (with 1 other company attempting to fix the problem). The only thing they fixed was lightning my pocketbook. THIS IS NOT KNIGHTS PHILOSOPHY. They quoted one price, but the price was actually lower in the end. Jason was on time and concerned about my wellbeing. He Understood the stress and pressure my family has been under during this holiday season, but eliminated it by their high quality work. The repairs were done with humor, yet professionalism that is difficult to find in todays hectic world.

They convinced me that a tankless water heater is the way to go and that it’s instant hot water also that it’s an investment if I ever want to sell my house. With the experience they had they were able to install a new tankless water heater for me in no time. Hefner and Alex were very friendly and professional. They even took the old water heater free of charge. Thanks to Lester’s I won’t have to worry about my water heater any time soon.
