Luis is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem with my custom shower system of body jet sprays and other shower heads. He found the part at the local dealer where the system was purchased and repaired within 90 minutes.

Not satisfied with the very late arrival after I was told at first someone would be here by 4pm. The I received notice that I someone would be here between 1 and 3. Then I receive notice a technician is on his way around 4:30. The technician arrives around 5:15 and offers me a 10% discount from a min $250 charge. Not enough for the major inconvenience I endured freeing up my whole day on the belief that I could trust what I was told about the service I was going to receive.
