Weston, the plumber, was prompt and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me options. I like that he showed me a video of the actual leak, and had a new faucet ready on the truck. Troubleshooting for a newly installed tankless waterheater. There were several things wrong with this system, and I was being either scalded or frozen, and it caused a danger in the shower. I'm 76 years old and can't move quickly. Other plumbers were not able to define the problem. Brandon did! I'm very appreciative of this plumbing company.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
