Nino and son (Ryan) showed up and replaced my AC system. They did such an amazing job and got my air working. My home now feels so cool. Could not tolerate the heat but in no time, they got it fixed! I am very pleased and happy I called J & J Heating & Air. I called several companies and they were the only ones that could come out the same day. My unit was making a funny noisy. The service tech Mike was professional, figured out the problem and explained to me the need for regular maintenance. I was expected a large bill and I was surprised on how reasonable the bill was. I even signed up for their yearly maintenance program. I will be a customer for life.

Ok, so we were in need of a plumber tonight and Ryan was cool at first but than my spouse told be he had an issue were he has new toilets installed and this company wasn’t able to complete the job and he has to pay twice.
I asked if Ryan could kindly do something from our last experience he was talking and my spouse was trying to tell him it wasn’t really and issue and Ryan said I’m speaking and I can’t hear you if you if I talking.
I told him I really liked his customer service and wanted to utilize this companies service but once he got rude no thank you !
I’m all about integrity and work ethics, look somewhere else and like Ryan said “ I wish the best of luck to you guys”

Joshua at Awesome Lawsons made this “pain in the butt” repair easy and actually not as annoying as these repairs can usually be. He took care of everything once I let him know the problem. He knew exactly what was needed and got it done immediately. Awesome Lawsons is now my preferred plumber for my home and rentals I have in the area. I highly recommend Awesome Lawsons!!
