Best Air Conditioning in Stockton CA

Repaired our air conditioner and it has been running perfectly even through the recent heat streak of all time high temps!

Horrible service. Let me start off saying that McLaughlin was a family go to provider. However, after scheduling a repair with them, taking time off work to accommodate the technician, they (Misty) cancelled the appointment without telling me. I found out when I called a second time that day at 4:50pm. To further complicate the situation, they transferred me to Dave, the parts guy. He apologized for not contacting me sooner because he was so busy. He had two weeks to call me. He also recommended to replace a $6k AC unit they installed 7 years ago. Pass!!

Joe Bryson misrepresented what he was doing. Did VERY shabby work. (the warranty paperwork was installed INSIDE the condenser unit out in the yard.... a few days later the AC stopped working and another REPUTABLE AC company came out and they found the paperwork had been installed in the condenser and had burnt edges). The condensation drain was stuck into an existing PVC pipe extending from the wall that WASN'T HOOKED INTO ANYTHING, and therefore flooded my entire living room, hallway and kitchen. I had to replace all of my floors (thank God for good insurance!) I was without AC for a week in the hottest part of the summer. Finally, after taking many notes on behavior and workmanship, I turned him over to the State Contractor's Board and they took it from there. He was taken to court and fined thousands of dollars in fines and the court also reimbursed me for the repairs I had to have done to my AC/heating unit. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MAN TO FIX ANYTHING AT MY HOUSE. I don't understand why he's still in business. I could go on. . . there was a lot more. It was the summer I'll never forget!!!

Justin and Carlos have work very hard to get the repairs done on my one unit. Staying after Mitsubishi to supply the material needed to finish the job. Great work guys. The installation crew was just as professional and did great work also

Fast but expensive

Good guy but wasnt able to fix the hair issue, lack of tools maybe. Had roter rooter come the next morning and they fixed it in 20 minutes. 95$ for these guys and $143 for roter rooter.

Placed service call to office, problems with toilets in both bathroom, service tech arrived on time as promised.
Service tech reported one toilet need to clear sewage line under the toilet, the other need minor repair. Asking $250. I said no and price drop to $172 immediately.
I agree the service. Half hour later we have to call him back because the second toilet had problem again with water keep running non-stop. He asked for another $400 dollars to replace the toilet.
I said no and asked for refund because he fixed only one toilet but he got angry and start yelling and using offensive language. I ask him to leave and call office but still waiting for an explanation from the office.
I am going to dispute the charge with credit card company and Discount Plumping will have to talk to me about a reasonable charge for a half job.
This is a scam in my opinion. I gave one star because the service tech came on time.
