The overall job was ok but I was charged twice for things that I was told would be included in the original price. The second one was the fine print that “included” patch repairs would actually cost $200. Very frustrating and underhanded.

Jason was able to schedule CJ to come out and fix my leaking toilet the next day, after I assured him we had another bathroom we could use in the meantime. He texted to let me know CJ was running a bit behind schedule, and followed up with a text asking if it all went well after the job was done. CJ was able to diagnose the problem quickly (leaking donut seal between the tank and the bowl, and disintegrated seals on the tank. He had it fixed in less than an hour, so the cost was reasonable. I will call Anthony’s the next time I have a plumbing issue.
