Best Underground Locating in Seattle WA

Pool was loosing water. Simon came and did an extensive examination of the pool and all the plumbing. He was able to map out all of the undeground pipes for intake and outake. Eventually he found the leaks in the side of the pool. There was an old decommissioned 1.5 inch copper pipe that had started leaking at some point. He inserted a screw cap, and the leak was fixed.

Andy located my water line leak for me. He was super nice, professional, and honest. He even let me listen to through the headphones so I understood exactly what he was hearing and how he was detecting the leak location. He made helpful recommendations for how to proceed with my unusual repair. I would definitely recommend Akers for plumbing issues.

John and Mike replaced two hose bibs in West Seattle in August and they did an excellent job. Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, can't ask for more than that.

Simple Plumber is simply the best! We had Joe over (again) to replace our tub faucet (had a cheap faucet with a broken diverter). Upon opening the bathroom wall, he found some galvanized pipe was still running through the house. Some of it appeared to turn behind the bedroom wall, but he couldn't be sure where it led. He replaced what he could see with copper, but didn't let the job get away from him. He could have easily opened up our bedroom wall and turned the whole project into something much larger (and more costly for us). Long story short, our new faucet is wonderful. It is rare to have a professional who is capable, respectful, honest, and downright funny. If you like, he will involve you in each step of the process. We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

We used Leak Masters to find a leak in our basement slab. They showed up on time and promptly found our leak saving us time and money by not having to dig up our entire slab to find it. Kevin was clean, courteous, and even friendly to our dog.
