Mark from Mr Rooter was great! Needed to install an extra washing machine and utility sink in the garage for my business studio and he did a great job! Was clear about what he was doing, transparent and fair pricing and everything is in good working order. We got ridiculously high price quotes from 4 other companies, some wanted to do extensive demo, but Mark got the job done in an afternoon without needing to tear our staircase out! Thanks!

Zach was very friendly, courteous, and followed the pandemic protocols. He explained how to fix the problem myself to save time and gave me a great discount since it was such a minor repair!

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
