We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

The crew arrived on time, performed the fix well, informed me about the cheapest way, i.e. not necessarily the most lucrative option for the business, but definitely for the customer. We will use this company for our future needs as well. This is how you earn a customer.

The workman was competent and fixed the leaky shower control I about ½ hour. The part was less than $50 and the final bill was over $350.
Obvious price gouging for a service call.
The Timeless Plumbing Office Manager was unable to any details about the billing.
At this time, the owner of the company is to call me.

I had a broken tub/shower handle and was looking for the best approach and least expensive option because I will be remodeling soon and that bathroom will be relocated. The technician was very helpful, talking me through a few approaches and taking budget into account. I didn't expect them to be able to repair it right then and there, but they were able to and I am very grateful - we were down a tub/shower in our house for over a week while I tried to locate someone. A big thank you to Mike for his honesty and helpful approach! Will call the next time we are in need and when we get ready to remodel!

They did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing the problem. The price seemed fair given the extent of the work. And they cleaned up afterwards, which showed me they really care about their work. I highly recommend them.
