Conner was extremely efficient and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently.As the problem was caused by another tech working on my audio visual system the tech wanted to fix the problem himself.Conner agreed that there was a 90% chance and agreed to just charge me the estimate fee only.I asked him to complete the job which he did quickly and efficiently. Beacon has been my go-to for my plumbing and electric needs. Today I had plumbing and electric work done Steven F from Beacon came out and installed two new USB plugs and replaced three old GFI switches that needed to be updated. (Job 238). Steve was quick and efficient and everything is new and updated. Then Kyle came out and fixed a leaky toilet He did a project that would have taken me hours to complete. Thanks Beacon
