Joe with Simple Plumber has done two jobs for me. He fixed a leaky toilet with complicated plumbing by rebuilding the interior toilet. Most recently he fixed a broken sink and dishwasher. His work is high quality and he is a very nice guy! I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

He was very professional! He took time to answer all my questions and clean after he was done. I was expecting to wipe floor or sweep after plumber job due to past experience with other company, but not this time! There was no water drops or parts laying around. I didn't have to do anything!! I definitely recommend Izzy to everyone who needs plumber job!!

Edit: Shortly after posting this I received a phone call from the owner. We had a great conversation about what happened. He offered to immediately refund me some $. I told him that I didn’t want him to do that. He instead credited my account so that the next service (there work was good so I’m sure there will be a next service) would receive a credit. I offered my opinion on the charge for the service and told him what some of the other companies had quoted me. He listened and appreciated the feedback. I stand by my statement that the charge for the installation was more than it should be but the owner did everything to make it right. Hopefully the charge for a toilet install will be lessened for future customers.I will edit my stars to a 5 for the effort out forth to make things right. I appreciate that and do all I can to support local businesses.Great communication and the tech (Zach) was awesome. Zach did great work and did it quickly.The only knock I have is that it was super expensive. I had received a few quotes via text/email but since I had scheduled 2 sons to come out so I waited for their bid. I thought I heard Zach say one price but I must have heard wrong. Even the price I thought I heard was far more than the 2 bids I received via text/email. So when it was time to settle the bill Zach said the total and I was flabbergasted. I cannot believe it cost that much to have a toilet installed. It was a straight forward install. I had thought I’d need a plumber because i believed there was damage to the flange. There was not so like I said, easy, simple install. Should have done it myself I guess.Oh well. Zach did a great job though.

Very professional guys. Had them look at my pipes because winter is approaching and wasn't blown away with a high estimate like other plumbing companies try to drop on me. Showed me what I need to fix and gave me some ideas to consider.
