The receptioniat, Cassandra was very courteous and professional. Mike Wright was the tech that ARRIVED ON TIME. Fixed all my issues in a timely manner.. would definitely use their service again.

Giovanni from Roto-Rooter was extremely professional and took the time to explain every step he took and perform. Giovanni was quick to find the problem and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. The service was great and quick. I was very happy and satisfied with Roto-Rooter's services. I will be using Roto-Rooter for future plumbing incidents.

Ryan and Ricky did everything possible to accommodate an urgent need to solve a problem before the pending delivery of a new appliance. I really appreciated that. I also showed them other plumbing needs I had , and was impressed by their ability to explain to me what the problem likely was and how they would solve it. I have confidence in them and their abilities and have scheduled another call for tomorrow to complete this work. Ryan said that the $65 fallout charge would cover the next call, so I did not have to pay that again. I recommend them without reservation.

They were very professional: helpful on the phone, showed up when they said they would and despite telling us that they thought we needed to replace when we were on the phone, when they got to the house, they recommended repair. Completed it the same day. We were very pleased.
