I needed urgent assistance replacing a water heater and two bathroom sinks, in prep for putting my condo back on the market. Roto Rooter dispatch coordinated everything, and my service technician Brandin Groat promptly arrived, gave me a quick walk-thru and estimate, offered me a fair discount for three jobs together and he took care of the rest while I was able to relax. Brandin was respectful and careful to keep my property and carpet clean while he drained my previous water heater, removed it and conducted the installation of a new heater, all in line with installation codes, etc. His work was timely, efficient, clean and most importantly, very professional. Craftsman Plumbing is amazing! They were very communicative, sent a photo of the staff member who was on their way, wore protective shoe covers and masks in the house, and found the problem with our sump pump and water heater right away. They spent hours here but everything was covered by their very affordable service fee of $70. They went above and beyond and were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We will be recommending Craftman Plumbing to our friends and family!
