Jennifer (the scheduler) and Josh O. (the plumber technician) were extremely helpful throughout the entire process! Josh was very professional and informative while explaining and diagnosing the issue. And helped explain what was happening. I’m very thankful for the service provided!

We also call Best Plumbing for all our plumbing needs . They are great! Steven did a great job replacing our wax ring. He also cleaned under the toilet and regrouted.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
