Best Basement Flooding in Seattle WA
Sam Leonte # 1014 was very professional as well as knowledgeable about our water heater problem , he fixed it and was also good about explaining every step of the way to fix our gas water heater.I have his card and will ask for him for any plumbing issue in our house that could occur. We highly recommend Sam and so should you and roto-rooter!

Strongly recommend Jim Dandy. We woke up on a Sunday to our basement sinks backing up and flooding after first rain of the season. They were able to come out the same morning to inspect. Our issue ended up being quite complicated to diagnose and resolve. It required the indoor plumbing team and the sewer team (snaking, jetting, scoping) with 4 visits over 4 consecutive days. However coordination with us was impressively smooth and the technicians were all on the same page and worked together like a real team (no information loss in hand-offs etc). We worked with Ryan, Tim and Andrew and couldn't have been happier with the experience and their service. Texting/Calling directly with the primary technician(s) in between appointments made the whole thing so much smoother than dealing with a front office for every touchpoint.
We were worried about the costs exploding with multiple visits required to remove the blockage in our side sewer to the city main, but they charged us the initial rate for the snake/jetting... even after having to come back 1 or 2 more times to try again from inside the house vs the caps.
Refreshing to work and support with a local business. They even fixed a seal that had been causing an odor for free while removing the blockage. Thank you!

Bryce was very efficient and clear with us about all of our options for service. He explained the whole process very clearly and showed us exactly what was being done and the final result of his work. We were very satisfied.
