Simon used what I will call progressive diagnostics to map the water lines in our concrete slab. From a visual inspection to a “simple” thermal imaging device to the next to a sophisticated listening device to isolate the leak to a one meter circle. I hope to update this review with the results from the the repair.
Simon gave excellent advice on the next steps after having located the most probable area for the leak (just the nature of plumbing in a concrete slab).
FYI. The 3 hour minimum charge was fully reimbursed by my insurance within a day.

Ben has performed the annual back flow safety test on our radiator heating system required by city of Seattle since at least 2015. When the pressure on our overflow tank requires replacement, his team took care of it.
